This review is the Roomba Max 705 Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop. The machine with the robot vacuum/mop and the docking station, which charge the robot, refill water, store dirty water and store collected dust.It's overall a solid machine and it works as well as you'd expect from a robotic mop vacuum. Setting it up took a bit of time but it was easy, mostly just removing all the wrapping and plug it in. The machine comes with 2 dust bags, 2 sets of brushes that are well labeled (A & B) (this machine uses 2 brushes), a small bottle of cleaning solution. The included items should be good enough to last you for at least a month.It was easy to connect it to wifi through the app. This is my 4th roombas and my first 2 used the irobot apps. However, the recent 2 roombas use a different app called "Roomba Home." I think I prefer the interface of the old app better, which was much easier to see everything on 1 screen, the new one takes more clicking to figure out where the robot settings are or to find all the available robots. I also had trouble with starting this robot on the app, I tried to sent it out map the floor from the app but it kept giving me this error "Something went wrong, please try again". The message was very unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. I tried contacting support but only got unhelpful automatic response. I was given an option to talk to a customer representative, who would reach out to me in 2 days but no one has reached out to me yet. This is rather disappointing because I used to get very quick response from the Customer support in the past from the old app. I have another roomba that also use this new app and it would get connectivity error occasionally that require a hard reboot. This new app seems to be rather glitchy, I hope they'd get it fixed soon. Anyway, for the mapping error, I ended up just pressing the power button the machine and it started mapping.I think the machine clean hard floor well, I had it running once every night and I wake up with a clean, mopped floor. I doesn't seem to remove dust as well on carpet as a regular vacuum machine but it's good enough some daily maintenance. The machine seems to have a built in light that it'd turn on in the dark, which is pretty cool. My old machine couldn't run in the dark. The machine sturdy and can climb a up the gap between my hallway and the kitchen easily. Sensitivity is great as it can detect area with more dust and do a more throughout clean up.It's a good, solid machine overall, it's priced quite high but it does comes with a lot of good functionalities. That being said, I still don't think it's a good value for the money because from my past experience with roomba, the machine only works well for about 2 years until the battery start to degrade, the wheel come worn out and it would have trouble finishing the whole floor in one go. I'd look for lower priced model with similar features if you're looking for something with good value.

I guess I'll start with the set up. So setting it up is fairly easy, just get the charging station set up then let the robot charge up until it's fully charged.Down down load the App by scanning the QR code, connect the robot to your WiFi and after is connected turn your Bluetooth on your smartphone so can pair up with the device That may take a few minutes We may have to try a couple times I did but it finally paired up.Then once it's paired up you can start mapping out your home with it where you want it to vacuum where you don't want it to vacuum all that. Again that might take a little bit especially if it's your first time figuring out how it works But if you've had a robot vacuum in the past might already know how mapping works. If not just follow the instructions.Okay so it's got a big reservoir for your clean and dirty waters It also has a separate area for your dust bag where it collects the dirt and stuff that the vacuum picks up.The mapping feature works really well and and pretty accurate too I did have some issues with it going over or trying to go over a leg on its chair when my dining room And actually ended up breaking off the the module that holds the rollers in place which I got to replace.But with that said it doesn't fantastic job vacuuming it knows where to go and we're not to go The section on it is really good for for a robotic vacuum and the mopping is just as good and I like that itself cleans and it does a great job doing that It's actually almost like continually cleaning the roller especially with the mopping.It's quiet I thought it'd be a little louder but if you're having your normal noises in your home if you have a family then you'll probably not hear it if it's running If it's dead silent yeah you could probably hear it running.It's got a long battery life It knows when to go back to the charging station to recharge and that's also where it will empty the dustbin and also clean the rollers it'll take out your dirty water and so you just have to empty the reservoir but it does a great job at cleaning it self As well as a great job as far as mopping goes and vacuuming up a lot of the daily traffic that you stuff that you bring in coming and going pics all that stuff up great haven't had to do any deep cleaning with it on the carpets or the floors again just that daily go over it does a fantastic job with that.I like it It's an easy setup easy to use It's got great suction itself cleaning it's quiet and the accuracy of the mapping is pretty good I think it's a great value for the money We like it and we would definitely recommend it.
