RAR Announces Plan to Support Neato Robotics Customers

In times of uncertainty with Neato Robotics, RAR introduces multiple new ways to help existing Neato customers get the most out of their devices or switch to a newer one.

Neato's Backstory

Neato started with the idea of creating a better cleaning system by creating a robot and developing unique solutions to boost performance and results, conquering iRobot's Roomba.

Over the years, the company introduced many software improvements, but fell behind in hardware by missing key innovations like an auto-empty bin, and more lately, an AI obstacle avoidance system.

Furthermore, Vorwerk, a German-based technology giant, slowly gained more control over the company and eventually acquired it.

In May 2023, Vorwerk shut down Neato with promised support for the next five years.

The Issue

So far, the company has maintained limited support and accessory issues.

Additionally, the 5-year deadline is fast approaching, and nobody knows what will happen when it ends.
