2019
RAR is born from a dream
Initially named Rent a Robot and headquardrted in Sofia, Bulgaria; RAR set out to create a revolutionary idea, letting anyone rent anything, beginning with robotic cleaners first.

RAR grows locally
The company expands offering home robotics, drones, and more. It launches its first store, loyalty program, subscription and ships accross Europe and the US.

2022 (this is a big one)
RAR goes global
Rent a Robot becomes RAR and is now available globally. RAR OS is laucnhed and dozens of services are introduced.

2023
RAR joins forces with SG
The company joins the Smartrobotix Group family with the idea of building faster, with more resources. RAR remains independant. The MyRAR app and RAR OS II are launched.

RAR overgoes a massive launch — revamping the MyRAR app, launching the next-gen RAR OS III, the revolutionary Pal 2.0 assistant (with agent, and more), and One.

RAR goes all-out
RAR expands beyond tech with Market, You, and Casa. RAR OS IV is laucnhed with next-gen capabilities and now works on any device. Autonomous services and WorkApps are introduced and Pal gets a fresh new look. One is now availble for more use cases.
