RAR Recalls ECOVACS Deebot Models Due to a Production Issue

We are committed to providing a comprehensive and positive experience. We recently became aware of a serious issue causing a malfunction in specific Deebot models.

What happened?

RAR has determined that a production issue with the water pump of certain ECOVACS Deebot models affects the mop performance, self-cleaning feature, and more, providing unsatisfying performance.

To fix this issue, we’re recalling all affected models.

What do I do?

If your product is affected, you’ll receive a message in the MyRAR app or by email. You’ll need to return your device, a full refund will be issued within a week.

You can request and arrange a return or pick-up from the MyRAR app when prompted.

In the meantime, the mopping function and all other water-related features will be disabled.

When prompted, start by tapping "Prepare Return"
